_.- <br />A 2 year maintenance �ssurance device must be provided <br />for the landscaping per Section 35.13oB of the Zoning <br />Code. <br />13. The Everett Municipal Code and Uniform Fire Code require <br />that fire hydrants be provided within a maximum distance and <br />of sufficient number and spacing to all new construction. <br />The distance and number of hydrants varies based on type of <br />construction and occupancy of the structure. <br />Note: Water flaw and number oi hydrants required will be <br />determined when more detailed information is provided. <br />14. <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19. <br />When required by Municipal Code or ordinance, a fire <br />suppression (sprinkl.er) system shall be installed and tested <br />in acrordance with aFplicab.le NFPA ,standards. Plans shall <br />be submitted to the City of Everett Building Department, and <br />work shall be done under permit from the Building <br />Department. <br />When required by Municipal Code or Ordinance, fire alarm <br />systems shall be installed and tested according to Uniform <br />Fire Code and NFPA standards. Fire Department access <br />roads (Fire Lanes) will provide a minimum of 20 feet in <br />width of unobstructed, all season @riving surface with a <br />minimum clear height of 13'6". Fire Lanes must be posted <br />and maintained as required by the Fire Department. <br />The premises must Ue clearly identified by address at the <br />st�eet entry, Each building must be clearly identified so <br />as to be visible and legible from the access road.
