•\ 1 Gi �\ <br />CLEAN-UP: <br />Keep all areas of work clean, neat, and orderiy at all times. Keep paved areas clean <br />during installation by sweeping daily. Clean up and remove all debris from entire work <br />area pnor to Final Acceptance to satisiaction of Landscape Architect. <br />PROVISIOhAL REVIEW (Punch Listl: <br />Upon completion of all irrigation and other work (if any) required under this contract, the <br />Contrador shall request a provisional review. No partial approvals will be given. <br />FINALREVIEW / ACGEPTANCE• <br />The Contractor shall request a final review upon satisfactory completion of all punch list <br />items and any other work requ'ired under this contrect. Fnal review and acceptance ot <br />the work shall establish the beginning of the warranty period. <br />WARRANTY: <br />In addition to manufadurer's guarantees or warranties, all work shall be warranted for <br />one year from the date of Final Acceptance against deiecls in material, equipment, and <br />workmanship by Contractor. Warranty shall also cover repair of damage to any paA of <br />the premises (including planting) resulting irom leaks, settlement or otherde(ecls �n <br />materials, equipment, and workmanship to the salisfaclion oi ihe Owner. <br />PRODUCTS: <br />AFNFRAI � <br />A. Material and equipment of types and sizes shown on drewin�s, deta�ls or as <br />speciIIed. Material throughout the system shall be new and in perfect condition. <br />PIPE: <br />A. General: No substitutions oi smatler pipe sizes wiil be permitted, but substitutions of <br />larger sizes of same type at no extra cost with approval are acceptable. Each length <br />of PVC pipe is to be coded with an identitying exlrusion "run" number and the <br />manutacturers name or trade name, the pipe size, and schedule or class. <br />B. Polyvi�yl Chloride Pipe (PVC): <br />1. Three-inch diameter and larger: ?olyvinyI Chloride (PVC) 1120, 1220, SDR <br />21.0. Class 200 rubber-gasketed pipe. Pipe shall coniortn to ASTM D 1784 <br />and ASTM D 2241. Rubber gasket shall coniorm to ASTM D 1869, and shall <br />be provided by pipe manutacturer. <br />2. Two and one-half-mch diameter and smailer: Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) 1120, <br />1220, SDR 21.0, Class 200, soivent weld, and shall conform to ASTM D 1141. <br />3. Threaded pipe and nipples: PVC 1120 or 1220, Schedule 80, contorming to <br />ASTM D 1785. <br />C. Flex PVC: A/R pvc tlexible hose extruded from tlexible vinyl chloride and <br />contorming to AS7M D•2287. <br />D.
