the construction schedule,construction sequencing,principal construction cost estimates,and to review the <br /> design for constructibility. <br /> This scope of work is based on Phase A improvements to the Everett Water Pollution Control Facility <br /> (EWPCF),as defined in the 2003 Everett Water Pollution Control Facility-Facilities Plan and Basis of Design Report. <br /> The Phase A project represents the first stage of implementation of the 2022 project that was based on 2022 <br /> flows,loads,and loading thresholds. Table I lists the Phase A improvements that were included in the final <br /> design. <br /> Table 1.
