• Task 690. Project Management Objective. To provide management,direction,coordination and control of all work associated with project schedule,budget,Subconsultants,technical quality,and monthly progress reports and invoices for the EWPCF Phase A Project. Activities/Approach. This task includes the following activities: 1. Prepare input to monthly invoices,including backup materials,progress reports,cash flow projections,and updated project schedules. Monthly invoices are to be submitted by the 15th of every month for work done at the end of the prior month. 2. Subconsultant Management a. Developing scopes of services for Subconsultant,plus any amendments required by the work b. Processing Subconsultant timecards and monthly invoices. C. Closeout of Subconsultant contracts. d. Periodically reviewing Subconsultant's work products as appropriate to verify that the products conform to project standards,are technically sound,are coordinated with the work of other team members,and are performed in accordance with the project schedule. e. Identify potential impact on project costs associated with project changes resulting from EWPCF comments. 3. Compensation for this task is based on an 18-month project duration. 4. Use City CAD standards (dated March 19,2001), design standards,survey standards,and software standards for all reports and submitted documents (Microsoft Office 97). All submitted documents will be.prepared on hard copy and in electronic format. 5. Attend monthly meetings with the City to review project status for the duration of the project. Products. 1. Sustained project management activities. 2. Communication and coordination with EWPCF project management staff,including meetings,presentations,and minutes.
