• <br /> Task 690. Project Management <br /> Objective. To provide management,direction,coordination and control of all work associated with project <br /> schedule,budget,Subconsultants,technical quality,and monthly progress reports and invoices for the <br /> EWPCF Phase A Project. <br /> Activities/Approach. This task includes the following activities: <br /> 1. Prepare input to monthly invoices,including backup materials,progress reports,cash flow <br /> projections,and updated project schedules. Monthly invoices are to be submitted by the <br /> 15th of every month for work done at the end of the prior month. <br /> 2. Subconsultant Management <br /> a. Developing scopes of services for Subconsultant,plus any amendments required by <br /> the work <br /> b. Processing Subconsultant timecards and monthly invoices. <br /> C. Closeout of Subconsultant contracts. <br /> d. Periodically reviewing Subconsultant's work products as appropriate to verify that <br /> the products conform to project standards,are technically sound,are coordinated <br /> with the work of other team members,and are performed in accordance with the <br /> project schedule. <br /> e. Identify potential impact on project costs associated with project changes resulting <br /> from EWPCF comments. <br /> 3. Compensation for this task is based on an 18-month project duration. <br /> 4. Use City CAD standards (dated March 19,2001), design standards,survey standards,and <br /> software standards for all reports and submitted documents (Microsoft Office 97). All <br /> submitted documents will be.prepared on hard copy and in electronic format. <br /> 5. Attend monthly meetings with the City to review project status for the duration of the <br /> project. <br /> Products. <br /> 1. Sustained project management activities. <br /> 2.
