34.090 <br /> F. Handicap parking stalls shalt meet the require- <br /> ments of Washington State Regulations for Barrier Free <br /> Facilities(Chapter 51-10 WAC). <br /> G. Parking lot illumination shall be provided for all <br /> parking lots containing more than ten parking spaces,and <br /> shall be designed and constructed so as to: <br /> 1. Provide security lighting to all parking spaces; <br /> 2. Be shielded in a manner that does not disturb resi- <br /> dential uses.(Ord.2397-99§§57,58,1999;Ord. 1849-92 <br /> §23, 1992;Ord. 1671-89(part), 1989.) <br /> 34.090 Off-street loading requirements. <br /> A. Every nonresidential building hereafter con- <br /> structed or altered that is engaged in retail,manufacturing, <br /> wholesale or storage activities, excluding self-service <br /> storage facilities, which requires delivery of merchandise <br /> or materials by trucks shall provide thick loading and <br /> unloading berths according to the standards listed in Table <br /> 34-2, except in the B-3 zone.
