Grand Avenue Park Bridge Construction Management and Construction Support <br /> City of Everett Scope of Work <br /> Exhibit A <br /> 4. Communication on consultant contractual issues will be with the Client. Communication on <br /> day-to-day construction activities and issues will be directly between the Consultant and the <br /> Owner. The Client will be an active member of the Project team and consulted on design <br /> issues, and will be provided with information affecting Project progress. <br /> Deliverables <br /> • Monthly invoices and progress reports <br /> B. Design-phase Constructibility Review <br /> 1. Site Visit. Accompany Designer on a plans-in-hand site visit to acquaint Consultant with the <br /> Project and site. <br /> 2. Review of Contract Documents <br /> i. Review of 100% Plans, Project Manual/Contract Provisions and Preliminary <br /> Engineer's Estimate, prior to going to Ad, for consistency between the plans, project <br /> specifications, and cost estimate. and conformance with standard WSDOT and Local <br /> Agency practices. <br /> Deliverables <br /> • Memo describing conclusions and findings from review of pre-bid Contract Documents. <br /> C. Pre-construction Services <br /> 1. Review Contract Documents to familiarize Consultant team with Project requirements. <br /> 2. During Bidding period: <br /> a. Lead Pre-Bid meeting(s). <br /> b. Assist in analyzing bidder questions, as needed. <br /> c. Assist Designer in researching and preparing Addenda, as needed. <br /> 3. Assist Owner in checking and analyzing bids and bidders. <br /> 4. Organize and lead pre-construction conference: <br /> a. It is understood that the Owner will prepare and distribute notices. <br /> b. Contact Owner and Client for any special requirements <br /> c. Prepare agenda. <br /> d. Conduct the meeting. <br /> e. Prepare and distribute meeting notes to attendees and affected agencies. <br /> 5. Provide one set of pre-construction photographs and video of pre-existing conditions of <br /> Project site. <br /> Deliverables <br /> • Pre-construction Conference Notice, Agenda, and Notes <br /> • Pre-construction photos, digital files on electronic storage medium <br /> • Videotape or video file on electronic storage medium <br /> D. Construction Phase Services—Contract Administration <br /> 1. Liaison with the Owner, Client, construction contractor, Designer, appropriate agencies, <br /> property owners, PUD, BNSF and utility companies as necessary to facilitate construction <br /> progress. <br /> 2. Provide the Client with brief monthly construction progress reports, highlighting progress and <br /> advising of issues which are likely to impact cost, schedule, or quality/scope. <br /> 3.
