February 1, 2017 <br /> Council Member Roberts asked if there is any legal issue with a district <br /> without contiguous boundaries. <br /> City Attorney Iles stated he would get back to the Council with an answer. <br /> Katrina Lindahl, Everett, stated she supports the proposal; however, she <br /> expressed concern there will be an undue burden placed on the City <br /> Parks Department and City staff. <br /> Craig Skotdal expressed appreciation for the work performed by City <br /> parks staff.
