CITY OF EVERETT CSO FACILITY PLANNING <br /> AND PRE-DESIGN <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 2 <br /> WHEREAS: <br /> HDR ENGINEERING, INC (HDR) entered into an Agreement on December 11, 2002 to perform <br /> engineering services for CSO Facility Planning and Pre-design for the City of Everett <br /> (City); <br /> The City of Everett desires to amend this Agreement by extending the completion date and <br /> enable HDR to complete services in the original agreement; <br /> HDR is willing to complete services in the agreement at no additional cost to the City. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, HDR and the City of Everett do hereby agree; <br /> The Agreement and the terms and conditions therein shall remain unchanged other than those <br /> sections and exhibits listed below: <br /> 3.
