BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office for Domestic Preparedness (ODP) is providing funds to enhance the capability of state and local units of government to prevent, deter, respond to, and recover from incidents of terrorism involving the use of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive (CBRNE) weapons and cyber attacks through the FFY 2005 Homeland Security Grant Program, State Homeland Security Program. This funding is being provided to the nine (9) Regional Homeland Security Districts (Regions)to address the unique equipment, exercise, training, planning, and administration needs of local emergency responders. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Department and Contractor acknowledge and accept the terms of this contract and attachments hereto and have executed this contract as of the date and year written below. This Contract Face Sheet, Special Terms and Conditions, General Terms and Conditions,Statement of Work,and Budget govern the rights and obligations of both parties to this contract.
