11 <br /> Agreement Between <br /> Analytical Surveys, Inc. and City of Everett, WA (Everett) <br /> for idsTM Data Distribution Services <br /> December 14, 2005 <br /> This Agreement is for Analytical Surveys, Inc (ASI) to provide a custom idsTM Data <br /> Distribution Product (idsTM Product) for the City of Everett, WA (Everett). Under this <br /> Agreement, ASI and Everett agree to the following: <br /> 1. idsTM Data Distribution Product <br /> ASI's industry-leading data distribution service allows you to deploy your digital map <br /> data with a minimal effort. Our idsTM Product solution is a complete service —we do all <br /> the work! All your staff is required to do is to provide ASI with a copy of your GIS data <br /> and any other data sources required. <br /> Under this agreement, ASI will produce a custom idsTM Product for Everett using the <br /> latest version of the idsTM Viewing Software. The idsTM Product will include the following <br /> data: <br /> GIS Vector Data: The idsTM Product will be developed from a snapshot of Everett's GIS <br /> data exported from their ArcGIS system. The customized idsTM Product will be based <br /> upon the previous contract and the existing defined structure in the current version of <br /> idsTM supplied to Everett. <br /> GIS Raster Data: The idsTM Product allows existing digital orthophotography provided as <br /> tiled raster tiff files to be displayed as a seamless backdrop to your vector data in idsTM <br /> using the MrSID Image Database Compression format licensed by LizardTech, Inc. <br /> This fee includes the idsTM publishing and licensing of the digital orthophotography. <br /> The idsTM Product supports the display of geocoded detail documents to provide quick <br /> access to facility management and operations critical information that may not appear <br /> within the digitized GIS base data. Everett will provide ASI a digital copy of each detail <br /> file with an ASCII file listing all required geocoding data (e.g. 1 record per individual <br /> detail consisting of the feature name, X-coordinate, Y-coordinate, detail file name and <br /> an optional brief description of the detail file for searching with idsTM) <br /> GIS Tabular Data: For idsTM, a Microsoft Access database will store the attribute <br /> records for Everett's map data. The source database tables can come from the GIS or <br /> from external database tables properly linked to the GIS graphic data. This provides the <br /> linkage to the associated database records for attribute review, querying and display <br /> within idsTM. This functionality includes: <br /> • View key database attributes associated with a map element using the tool tip. <br /> • Review full database information associated with a map element. <br /> • Graphic highlights of map data selected. <br /> • Query the database for records that match the search criteria that you specify. <br /> City of Everett,WA December 8, 2005 <br /> idsTM Data Distribution Agreement Page: 1 <br /> 49 <br />
