ASI <br /> will not update, correct or convert any source data as part of creating the idsTM Product. <br /> Data provided by Everett for all scheduled deliveries of the idsTM Product under this <br /> agreement are expected to follow the existing design standard established under the <br /> previous agreement between ASI and Everett dated November 22, 2002. If the design <br /> standard is not followed, a design change may need to be performed as described in <br /> section 3.4. <br /> 2. Development Plan and Schedule <br /> Six (6) bimonthly deliveries will be made through the 2006 calendar year. ASI will have <br /> 15 working days upon receiving all necessary data and information to produce and <br /> deliver the completed idsTM Product to Everett. Significant changes in the data model will also directly impact this schedule <br /> and/or costs. The ASI Project Manager will notify Everett immediately when/if such an <br /> event occurs, and both parties will mutually agree to the resulting changes and revised <br /> schedule. Everett has the option to cancel an issue in writing up to two days before the <br /> scheduled source data delivery date to ASI. <br /> A review product of each idsTM Product delivery will be provided to Everett for review, <br /> testing and approval prior to full idsTM Product distribution. Everett will have three (3) <br /> business days to complete the review and testing of the review product and notify ASI of <br /> any required changes. Client requested changes occurring after the full distribution of a <br /> given idsTM Product delivery will either be deferred to the next delivery or re-distributed at <br /> a Time and Material cost to Everett.
