11 <br /> 3. Pricing <br /> The following pricing information is provided as a base services offering with additional <br /> options for services identified separately. The selection of one of the Base Services is <br /> required for other options in this proposal to be selected. Optional services may be <br /> requested through the work order process documented in section 3.5 of this agreement. <br /> ASI will credit Everett $100 per workday (up to a maximum of 10 days) for each day <br /> exceeding the scheduled or mutually agreed upon return date. A price increase may be <br /> allowed after this contract period, but shall be no more than 5% each year. <br /> Base Services: <br /> 3.1 Deployment: <br /> Everett will receive six (6) full product deliveries consisting of 60 idsTM single- <br /> user Licenses per issue. The 60 single-user licenses will be comprised of 5 CD <br /> licenses and 55 LAN licenses to be distributed on the city's computer network. <br /> FEE: $63,000.00 ($10,500.00 per delivery) <br /> Additional Services: <br /> 3.2 Additional Licenses: <br /> Additional idsTM user licenses can be purchased at the following unit price (5 unit <br /> minimum). <br /> FEE: $20.00 per each additional LAN license per update <br /> $25.00 per each additional CD license per update <br /> $40.00 per each additional DVD license per update <br /> 3.3 Media Charges: <br /> Existing LAN licenses can be delivered on CD or DVD at the following unit price. <br /> FEE: $5.00 for delivery on CD <br /> $20.00 for delivery on DVD <br /> 3.4 Product Design Changes: <br /> Data provided by Everett for all scheduled deliveries of the idsTM Product under <br /> this agreement are expected to follow the existing design standard established <br /> under the previous agreement between ASI and Everett dated November 22, <br /> 2002. If the design standard is not followed, a design change may need to be <br /> performed.
