Prior to issuance of any permits, landscaping plans must be reviewed and <br /> approved by the Planning Department per Section 35.100 of the Zor�ing Code. The <br /> landscaping plan must show location and dimensions of required vegetated swales, <br /> wetponds, detention ponds, rockeries and retaining walls, and grading at two foot <br /> intervals. Irrigation systems must be provided in all landscaped areas per Section <br /> 35.130 of the Zoning Code. A two-year maintenance assurancs device must be <br /> provided for the landscaping per Section 35.130B of the Zoning Code. <br /> 7. After 120 days of operation, the daycare shall be evaluated for compliance with <br /> EMC 19.41.150.0 - Criterion #8. Public input shafl be solicited through a written <br /> notice mailed to all property owners with�n 500 feet of the subject property. The <br /> purpose of this �equirement is to conduc; a follow-up review of noise generated by <br /> the daycare. If th� daycare generated significant levels of noise, there may be <br /> further conditions imposed, or the SPU permit may be withdrawn. <br /> 8. The proposal will be allowed one freestanding sign, per Section 35 of the Zoning <br /> Code (sign category "D"). <br /> 9. Prior to issuance of any Building Permits, the Applicant must provide documentation <br /> that the facility has, or will obtain, licensing from DBHS. <br /> 10. The Applicant shall instruct all clients to use either on-street parking in front of the <br /> church, or off-street parking behind the church. Parking on the street in front of <br /> houses in the neighborhood must be discouraged. <br /> 11. Any changes to the site pfan must be reviewed and approved by the Planning <br /> Department. <br /> 12.
