The church has been on-site for over 50 years and has met the religious needs <br /> of a significant portion of the Evereti community. Currenily, lhere are several <br /> portable buildings on-sile. In an attempt to consolidate these aclivities and meet <br /> the needs of the church, tl�e Applicant proposed relocating them in the r.ew <br /> addition to be constructed on-site. The proposed addilion would be � <br /> architeclurally designed to complement the main church building. There would <br /> be no increase in tl�e seating area within the church. The building would be used <br /> for office space and olher support services. The Applicant demonstrated a need <br /> for the p�oposed improvemenis, and the proposed expansion would benefit <br />- Everett and Snohomish County residents. (exhibif 1) <br /> G. Tlie subject properiy is located on the northeast corner of Lombard Avenue and <br /> 26'�' Street. Access to lhe site is provided on two existing driveways off Lombard <br /> Avenue and the alley. No changes in the access would occur as a result of the <br /> development nor would lhere be any change in the traKc circulaiion on-site. <br /> Utilities are available and will continue to be available. Improvements io the <br /> water system may be required. (exhibit 1) <br /> ! 7. According to the Applicant, the church would have minimal impact on <br /> surrounding properties or the neighborhood. (exhibit 4) Sidewalks along <br /> Lombard Avenue and 26�' Streei exist and provide pedestrian access.
