r. � <br />City streets and alleys are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all times during <br />constructiort. Dust suppression and street cleaning must occur as directed by the <br />Public Works Inspector. <br />6. Landsca�+ing must be provided per Section 35 of the Zoning Code. At a minimum <br />this must include the �ollowing: <br />a) A landscape strip a minimum of twenty (20) feet wide must be provided along <br />the property's Norton Street frontage, except for the driveway. This area shall be <br />planted with Type III landscaping. <br />b) A landscape strip a minimum of five feet wide mtist be pro��ided along the i�orth <br />and east property iines. These azeas shall be planted with Type III landscaping. <br />c) A minimum of 3,158 square Feet of l�idscaping si�al! be provided in the interior <br />of the parking lot for the 24 parking stalls. Landscaping musc be provided per <br />Section 35.080E of the Zoning Code. <br />d) Prior to issuance of any permits, landscaping plans must be reviewed and <br />approved by the Planning Department per Section 35.100 of the Zoning Code. <br />The landscaping plan must show locatiou and dimensions of required vegetated <br />swales, wetponds, detention pods, rockeries and retaining walls, and grading at 2 <br />foot intervals. Irrigation systems must be provided in all landscaped areas per <br />Section 35.130 of the Zoning Code. A 2 year maintenance assurance devise must <br />be provided for the Iandscaping per Section 35.130B of the Zoning Code. <br />?. Landscaping of the planting areas located in the interior of parking lots, as required <br />by Paragraph C of ;ubsection 35.080 shall conform to the following standazds: <br />a) No required landscape area shall be less ttian sixty-four.(64) square feet in azea <br />or five feet in width. <br />b) There shall be one tree, a minimum of six feet high at the time of planting, <br />planted for each one-hundred (100) squaze feet of landscape azea or fraction <br />ihereof. There shall be at least one tree for each landscape area which is less 100 <br />square feet in area. Up to fifty (50) percent of such trees may be deciduous. <br />c) Ground cover shall be provided in the required landscape azeas. Ground cover <br />shall be selected and planted so as to withstand foot traffic and provide ninety (90) <br />percent coverage within three years of planting. <br />d) No pazking stall shall be located more than fifty (50) fe::t from a landscape <br />area. <br />
