Slope the banks of the creek from the channel to the edge of the 12' <br /> buffer (maximum 3:1 slope) . <br /> 2. Increase of stream buffer to 30' at the South end of the property where it <br /> will not impact the, proposed building or a minimum rear yard lawn area. ff <br /> 3. Perform no work that would create a flooding problem for adjoining <br /> properties. <br /> 4.
