Specify self closing, solid wood, tight-fitdng, 1 3/8" thick door at openings <br />from garage into dwelling. <br />12. Specify garage tloor system adequate to support a wheel load of 2,000 lbs., per <br />2304(c)UBC. <br />13. Structural portions of plans must be stamped and signed by a licensed Wa. St. <br />structural engineer. (WA. St. law requires plans for all buildings and addiduns <br />to buildings over 4000 sq. ft. be stamped by a licensed Wa. St. structural <br />engineer or licensed Wa. St. azchitect.
