Vou will note that all three (3) of the indi- <br />viduals are independent contractors and are in no way dependent upon Ray <br />Fletcher or Siiver Homes Corporation for their livelihood. <br />I trust that these sworn affidavits will attest to the quality of the mater- <br />ial and the compaction process used on the alley referenced above.
