The review <br /> process takes about 30 day� before an Order of Approval is issued. <br />� A State Environmental Polic�Act (SEPA) environmental checklist is required. The F�uget <br /> Sound Ciean Air Ager.cy will act as the lead for this project. Please contact Larry Vaughn at <br /> (206) 689-4935 with any additional questions regarding the SEPA process. <br /> A permit is also required from the Cily of Everelt Fire Departmeni for the paint spray booth. <br /> �. The exisling use of the site is considered <br /> ❑cnconForming. <br /> Conclusions: The site is developod with a legal non-conforming use which has been located <br /> on site for over 10 years, and was eatablished prior to the property being annexed into the City <br /> of Everett city limits. Continued development ot the site should be done in a way that is <br /> sensitive to lhe residential surroundings. <br /> '. Consistency with the environmental pollcles as stipulated In the City's SEF'A ordinance. <br /> rindings: The propusai is bolow SEPA thresholds as estabiished by the City of Everett <br /> however a State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) environmental checklist is required ihrough <br /> the Puget Sound Clean Air Agency (PSCAA).
