<br />After viszally viewing the subject property and considering all the facts and
<br />testimony, the motion was made by b7r. Russell, seconded by Ffr, Kristiansen,
<br />and unanimously carried, to deny the applicant's request as the Board feels
<br />that granting the variance will adversely af:ect the safety an� welfare of the
<br />neighborhood, .

<br />the podium and made the statement that under the Public Disclosure Act, she
<br />c.as objectinq to the Board for not publicly discussing the £inal decision makir,g
<br />oP each application, Also, she would arrange an anpointment with the City
<br />Attorney for guidance and guidelines for the eoard to followe
<br />Board memhers Dtr. Russell and h1r. Baird stated they would be open to discu,s
<br />any guidelines or changes the City attorney may suggest to the Board.
