Floors and roof consists of wood <br />framing. The south wall Shows a major crack in the wall common With the <br />2819 Rucker building. The concrete floor at the east portion of building <br />has a large crack about 4 feet away and parallel to the south wall with a 4 <br />inch vertical displacement, extending almost to the east wall. <br />Building at 2821 Rucker - This building was investigated January 10, 1990 to <br />Check a crack occurring in a brick masonry cross wall at about mid point of <br />the building. There is a large diagc.+al crack from 2na floor through <br />parapet. This crack has opened up from 3/8 inch to 1/2 inch and appears t0 <br />be the result of settlement and outward rotation of the north wall at this <br />point. NO other recent cracking Or settlement was noted. <br />C"ENTARY <br />The investigation of the .1812 Hoyt building indicated that no significant <br />structural damage had occurred and that the building was not a hazard to <br />occupants. <br />I <br />
