5. Unit 3(occupied) has a carpet and floor saturated with water which <br />appears to come in from the windows. Windows are broken. <br />6. Unit 3 was littered with personal belongings scattered all around, the <br />kitchen littered with trash and garbage, and the stench so overwhelming <br />a complete inspection of the unit could not be performed. The tenant <br />asked the Police Officer, standing by, if she could leave her baby in the <br />stroller in thc hall next to her unit while she went into the unit for the <br />inspection. She told the Officer that there was no room for her to get the <br />stroller inside. . <br />7. The bailding is an attractive nuisance [o inquisitive minors in the <br />neighbori!ood. <br />8. The building �s a hazardous nuisance to the health, safety, and welfare of <br />the occupants aud the public. <br />IV. There are two units on the alley side of the property which are decached and <br />separate from the principal building on the properry. These units are numbered <br />2922 1/2 1 and 2. <br />Unit 1 was severely damaged in a recent fire. The walls, and ceiling <br />have been removed and there are large gapping holes in the floor. The <br />conditions of this unit are dangerous. The front door of the unit has a <br />window in the top half an a large hole in the wooden bottom half, which <br />is used for sticking an arm through and unlocking the door ro gain <br />entrance. During the inspection, there were three small children playing <br />in the yard in front of this unit. The children cautioned this inspector not <br />ro entcr the unit because of thc holes in the floor. <br />2. The buildings are an attractive nuisance to inquisitive minors. <br />3. There is inteeior demolitian of the unit taking place and no building <br />permits issued for the work in progress. <br />4. There is an exterior stairwell beha�een units 2922 1/2 1 and 2, which <br />leads to the alley. The stairwell is dark, cluttered with trash, and holds a <br />very strong smell of urine. <br />V. The interior common areas of the building have graffiti, holes in walls, lack of <br />lighting, and a lack of maintenance. <br />VI. The exterior of the principal building on the property was noted to have dryrot, <br />deterioration and lack of maintenance within the skirting, the eaves, stairs, and <br />
