Other property in the area is either zoned R4 or RS <br />with many offices and rental or commercial structures. If there <br />were to be any detriment to the other properties it would be if <br />the variance was not approved because then the building would <br />be marginally profitable and upkeep would suffar or the building <br />would revert to its previous owner and status. When I bought <br />the building it was physically an eyesore and was a drug traffic <br />and party rental. The property has been cleuned up a�d the <br />structure painted and there is no alcohol or druqs permitted on <br />tne property. <br />'Phe variance if granted woul? not adversely affect the compce- <br />hensive general plan. <br />2 of 2 <br />
