5• It wouldn't be fair to tell this property owner he couldn't come in and <br />do that as lonb as they ha*:s a good plan and I think this is a good <br />plan that will work. <br />The motion was seconded by Mrs. Sullivan. <br />Vote: Mr. Miller voted yes, giving the reasons that it is a good project and <br />will enhance the neighborhood and will allow the property owner to use his <br />property to the greatest advantage.
