Also, there is no other aiay to add on to his <br />house except as shoem. <br />There was no comment from the audience. <br />After visually viev+ing the subject property and considerina all the facts, <br />it was moved by Mr. F.ckstrom, secondecl by �1r. fioagland and unanimously carried <br />to grant the applicant's request as it nieets all the requirements of Section <br />19.70.060 of ttie Everett tdunicipal Code, Paragraphs 1, 2, 3, and 4. <br />A hearin9 was held on the application of Timoth_ y Schoo�, 1�14 Maple, <br />Everett, 41A 96201, for a variance from Section 19.16.050 of the Everett <br />Municipal Code, Yard Requirements, Paragraph D, Side Yard, for permission to <br />construct a garage and covered porch and be able io build to within one foot <br />eight inches (1'8") from the side pr•operty line rather than the Code require- <br />ment of five (5) feet. <br />Legal Descr�ption: Lots 26, 27 and 28, Block 226, Plat of Everett Div.
