The proposal is consistent with the SW <br /> Everett Subarea Plan. The proposed new roadway, and the clearing and grading of the site wcre <br /> addressed in MDNS No. 99-035. The proposal must comply with all applicable conditions of the <br /> S1� Everett Subarea Plan Mitigation Decision Document, the Zoning Code, the Seaway Center <br /> Master Plan and Master Landscaping Plan, and all oQier local, state and federal regulations. <br /> Conclusions: All State Environmental Policy Act requirements and zonin�provisions related to <br /> environmental protection have been met. <br /> 4i <br />
