Undergrou�id conduits andjunction boxes for future traffic signalization ofHardeson Rd. and the <br /> new street must be provided. <br /> 4. Future devclopment oCthe site and the individual lots must be in cornpliance with thc Seaway <br /> Center Master Plan and Master Landscaping Plan. <br /> 5. Unless individua! access is approved by the City Traffic Engineer, adjoining lots shzll sharc <br /> access driveways. Access driveways to die new street, must be located direcQy across Qie street <br /> from each other or be provided with adequate separation as approved by the City Traffic <br /> �ngincer. �ccess driveways to Hardeson Road, or Merrill Creek Parkway must be located across <br /> from existing or planned driveways on the other side of those streets or be provided wiqi <br /> adequate separation as approved by the City Traffic Eneineer. <br /> 6.
