Water mains must be constructed prior to the final approval of each Binding Site Plan map for <br /> each phase of the development. <br /> 15. On-site watermain will bo staked within an eascment to the City. The easemenl will be <br /> submitted to the City prior to issuance of permits. <br /> l G. As-builts of water systcros must be submitted per City Design and Construction Standards and <br /> Specifications for Development. <br /> 17. Development of the lots must be in compliance�vith the Everett Zoning Code, and the Seaway <br /> Center Master Plan MDNS No. 15-87. Uses on the lots are limited those identified in the M-1 <br /> Zone. It should be i �ted that the small lots must meet Seaway Center landscaping requirements. <br /> In die M-1 Zone, re. il uses are perniitted only in multi-tenant developments in �vhich the <br /> principal uses are other M-1 Zone uses. <br /> INFORMATION FOR THE DEVELOPER <br /> 1. A Public Works Permit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with City <br /> Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works Department, showing <br /> landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion control, and all required <br /> improvements in ihe public right-of-way. Public Works Department approval of these drawings <br /> is required prior ro any permits being issued. AI! improvements shall be completed, approved, <br /> and warranted before the final approval is granted. <br /> 2.
