Stormwa[er runoff from the new public road must be tmated and detained in the privately owned <br /> and maintained, on-site stormwater control facilities. A hold-haimless agreement must be <br /> granted to the City from the develaper Cor this receiving of "publid' runoff into the private <br /> facilities. Stormwater facilities contained within a separate tract shall be held in common <br /> ownership. <br /> 7. The site originally cirained to more than une creek (Merrill and Ring Creek and Glenwood <br /> Creek). The amour.t of arca draining to ear,h creek atter land alteration and development shall <br /> not be greater than the amount of area draining to each creek before land alteration and <br /> development. <br /> 8. Rooftop runoff should be discharged ro roof downspout infiltrai:on systems designed and <br /> constructed in accordance with City standar�s, if suitable soil conditions exist on the site. <br /> 9. All coliected surface water exiting Ihe subject property must be conveyed to the nearest <br /> established, stable drainage course, �vithin the naturally occurring drainage basin, by pipe or by <br /> an approved swale in a manner d�at will no[ result in erosion or tlooding. Sufficient downstream <br /> information and analysis must be provided to enable the City to determine Aiat this requirement <br /> is being met. Appropriate easements will be required if conveyance must occur across private <br /> property. <br /> 10. City Streets are to be kept clear of dirt and debris at all limed during construction.
