All dcvelopment must pay a fee of�1,006.00 per PM peal: hour trip to fund system-wide <br /> transportation impro��ements. Por the approximately 607,300 square Ceet of building spacc proposed <br /> and dividcd among secen buildings a total traffic mitigation fee of about �524,126 must be paid to Uie <br /> City prior to issuance of permits.
