Developr.�ents with hazardous materials cn-site, includino fuel tanks, must comply with all applicable <br /> local, state and federa] requirements. A]] developments using to�,ic or hazardous materials must <br /> incorporate facilities and procedures for the safe handling and effective monitoring of toxic or <br /> hazardous materials, which include spill entrapment, training, and special handling, thus reducing the <br /> potential for release of hazardous or toxic materials to the groundwater system. All storm drains must be stenci]ed with language similar to the following: "Dump No \'Vaste, Drains <br /> to (Stream/Wetland/Groundwa;er)." The treatment needs [o be repeated, <br /> approximately annually, when the paint wears off. The developer/owner may either perform the <br /> stenci]ing, or give permission for volunteer groups to enter onro the property anri perfonn the <br /> stenciling. During construction activities, all spilis must be contained and removed in such manner zs to prevent <br /> their entering the waters and soils of the state. Cleanup of spills shall take precedence over other work <br /> on-site.
