A fire hydrant is requized within 200 driving feet, but not closer than 50 feet, of every structure. <br /> Location of the hydrant(sl sha11 be approved by the Fire Marshal. Street hydrants should be placed <br /> approximately every 400 feet. Tvlost oP the lots, when developed, will require additional interior site <br /> hydrants. <br /> 29. Fire F7ows - Fire flows for this project are expected to be between 2,500 and 4,000 gpm. Looped <br /> mains are required for fire flows over 2,500 gpm. <br /> 30. Construction vehicle <br /> track-out is also a major dust source. An} evidence of track-out can trigger viola[ions and fines from <br /> the Department of Ecology or Ihe Puget Sound Air F�llution Control Agency. <br /> GENERAL INFORMATION <br /> 1. Puget Sound Energy is the natural gas provider in this area. To initiate new service orders, piease <br /> contact Puget Sound Energy at 1-888-CALL PSE (22�-5773) at least three months prior to the <br /> required in-service date. <br /> If the infrastrucmre improvemen'�s (b ading cf existing roads, ne�v storm sewer lines, ete.)required by <br /> this development cause the relocation of existing gas facilities, it will be at the developer's sole <br /> expense, and require 90 days minimum notice. Please cantact PSE Records at (20E) 521-5277 for <br /> information on the location of existing facilities in the area. Please contact Mariamne Kin�sbury at <br /> (425) 356-7511 to coordinate relocation requests. <br /> 2. The Snohomish County PUD presently has sufficient elecuic system capacity to serve the proposed <br /> development. However, the existin�District facilities in tha local azea may r�quire upgrading. <br /> Cost of any work, new or upgrade, to existing facilities that :s required to connect this proposed <br /> development to the District electric system shal] be in accorcance with the appli�able District prlicies. <br /> Anchar easements will be needed ro accommodate this ctianee.
