It is required to provide landscaping in parking areas, on the parcel perimeter, and <br /> around thc Uuilding per ihe Scaway Center Master Plan and Master Landscaping Plan. <br /> Tlie Sea���ay Center Master Plan requires landscaping on Uie street frontagc of 35 feet measured from Uie <br /> Uack of thc curb on H�rdcson Road attd on the ncw road in Lot 3 of Sca�eay Center. A fifteen-foo[wide <br /> landscaped area is required around tlie building, and thirty-five (3�) square feet of landscaping is requircd <br /> for cach parking slall in the oarking area.
