The following <br /> as.smptians were made: <br /> a) Operations and Administration building hould be treated as <br /> office space and charged at a rate of .624 cents/sq. fC. <br /> b) The Mainten�nce Building would be assessed by the payback <br /> equation for the e�sting p� station cm Casino Road as: <br /> $1,506 (peak daily fow) plus 716 (average daily flow) where: <br />
