I Public and private utilities, or their coutractors,will fumish all work necessary to adjust, relocate, replace, or conswct thcir facilities u�less othenvise provided for in the Plans or these Special Provisions. Such ' adjustment, relocation, replacement, or construction will be done during the prosecution of the work for this Iproject. The Contractor shall call the Utility Location Request Center (One Call Center), for field location, not less I th�+n hvo nor more than ten business days before the scheduled date for commencement of excavation which may affect underground utility facilities, unless othenvise agreed upon by the parties involved. A business day is defined as any day other than Saturday, Sunday, or a legal local, State, or Federal holiday. Thc I telephone number for the One Cal! If no one- number locator service is available, notice shall be provided individually to those owners known to or suspected of having underground facilities within the area of proposed excavation.
