Pursuant to the State Environment,�l Folicy Act (S�PA), the City was designated as the lead agency. On June 4, 1996, the City issued a Final Determination of Non-Significance (UNS). As of the date of the hearing, no appeal had been issued for this determination. At the date of ttiis decision, no appeal has been made.
