2. Because the proposed waste storage pond is located in a Snohomish <br />River floodplain and the cost of the proposal will exceed $2,500, the <br />Applicant is required to obtain a Permit. (RCW 80.58.030(3)) <br />3. The subject property is located in the area that has been designated as <br />part of the City of Everett's Shoreline Master Program. The proposal is <br />designated as Rural in the Program. The proposed use is a permitted <br />use in this designation. (�inding #5) <br />4. The general regulations for development within the 12ural designated <br />area, as set forth in the Program, have been reviewed.
