Show on plans. There is an existing floor drain located in front of the water <br /> heater, as sho�m on the Basement Floor Plan, page 2. <br /> 12. Temperature and pressure relief valves on water heater shall be dtained to the outside. <br /> Drain may nat be trapped and must terminate no more than 2 feet or less than 6 inches <br /> from the gro�md and shall not be threaded; show on plans. All electric water heaters shall be placed on an R-10 pad when located in an unheated <br /> space or on a concrete floor per WSEC Section 504.2.1.
