The restaurant would not be open for customer ser- <br />vicebefore 5:00 P.M. <br />2. The spaces that are made available for off-street <br />parking must meet all City Codes. <br />_ <br />The second item under old business concerned the application of <br />-I <br />Lester Forester, 2903 17th Street, Everett for a variance from the <br />Everett Municipal Code, Chapter 19.08.010 for permission to segre- <br />-e: <br />gate an existing tract of land into four parcels of which three <br />parcels will be served by a thirty (30) foot casement to a public <br />dedicated street (Seaview Way) and Parcel No. 4 will have adequate <br />. <br />frontage on a public dedicated street. <br />Legal Description: Tract 7, Block 3, Seaview Heights, Except <br />the South 6 feet of the West 150 feet <br />-� <br />thereof - 5117 Seaview way. <br />s b <br />Zoning: R-S, Suburban Residential <br />r <br />y <br />Mr. Forester was not present at the hearing so the Board postponed <br />the applicant's request until the October Board of Adjustment hearing <br />or passage of the proposed Short Plat Ordinance, whichever occurs <br />.. <br />first. <br />A note should be made at this time that the third reading of the <br />City's Short Plat Ordinance is before City Council and should be <br />I <br />adopted before the next Board of Adjustment hearing in October. <br />J <br />Mr. Forester's proposed division of property would come under the <br />jurisdiction of the Short Plat Ordinance. <br />• <br />Under new business a hearing was held on the application of Floyd <br />I <br />Sage, 720 Waverly, Everett, Washington for a variance from Chapter <br />19.14.050 Everett Municipal Code, Yard Requirements, Paragraph C, <br />` I <br />for: <br />Permission to build a single-family dwelling to within <br />six (6) feet of the rear property line rather than the <br />fi <br />minimum requirement of twenty (20) feet. <br />Legal Description: All of Lot 15 View Ridge Addition. Also that <br />portion of lot 16 described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southwest corner of said lot <br />16 thence East along South line of said lo'- <br />for five feet thence North to a point on the <br />North line of said lot that is 33 feet East <br />i <br />of the Northwest corner Lhence west along <br />said North line for. 33 feet thence South <br />along West line to the point of beginning. <br />Ib <br />
