The <br />"' � owner or ow¢er's agent shall make available to any contractor submitting a bid <br />the xritten statement either of the reasonable certainty of nondisturbance of <br />as6estos or of any assumption of the presence of asbestos. <br />� <br />� � 1 <br />i ��'j <br />With this information ia hand, the City has no alternative but to reject all <br />bids received, correct tne contract specitications, and recall for bids for <br />demolition of the buildings. When the new call for bids is prepared, you will <br />receive an invitation to bid.
