The <br />��. �I owner or o•aner's agent shall make available to any contractor submitting a bid <br />the crritten statement either af the reaso¢able certainty of nondisturbanr.e of <br />asbestos or of any assumption of the presence of asbestos. <br />� � <br />� � 1 <br />! i'1 <br />With this informatian ia hand, the City has no alternative but to reject all <br />bids received, correct the contract specifications, and recall for bids for <br />demolition of [he buildings. When the new call for bids is prepared, you caill <br />receive an invitation to bid.
