Ttte <br />owner or owner's agent shr,ll make available to any contractor submitting a bid <br />the �rritten statement either of the reasanable certainty of nondisturbance of <br />ashestos or af any sesumption of the presence of asbestos. <br />With this information in hand, the City has no alternative but to reject all <br />bids received, correct the contract specifications, and recall far bids for <br />demolition of the buildings. When the new call for bids is prepared, you will <br />receive an invitation to bid.
