Light fixture in the east bedroom closet improperly wired. This item should be removed. 3d. Over head light fixture improperly installed. Connection should be made in the box with solder - less connectors and not exposed. 3e. The ceiling light fixture in the laundry room appears to be hazardous. 3f. An outlet in east kitchen wall has been removed. Replace outlet or cap bare wires with solderless connectors and cover with solid plate. Other items. The following items are additional deficiencies governed by the electrical codes and enabling ordinance 299-74, which should be but are not required to be corrected. 1. An additional outlet should be provided in the east bedroom. 2. An additional outlet should be provided at the kitchen counter. 3. Three additional outlets should be provided in the west bedroom. 4. All pull chain switched overhead outlets should be corrected by providing wall switches. 5. All outlets and light fixtures near the kitchen sink, in the laundry room, bathroom, and those within 8 feet of heaters should be grounded. The bathroom electric heater appears to be scorching the floor and should be relocated or replaced with a different type of heater.
