The <br />sucmunding land uses are a mix of single and muldple family structures, commercial <br />5uildings and the City's water remvoir, which is located directly south of the wbject <br />site. Based upon a visual site inspection it appears that most of the surrounding <br />structures were constructed prior to the City's new zoning code.
