Parking must be per City Zoning Code and Ciry Design and Construction Standards for Dcvelopment. 4. Any grading/fill on this site shall bc done so as to not impact the surrounding properties. 5. This project must comply with the current City of Gverett Duilding Code and Sprinkler Ordinance. 6. Special charges for connection to the sewer and water systems in accordance �eith Ordinance 1998-94 and subsequent revision are applicable. These ctiarges arc based on projected water usage and can he substantial. Applicant is encouraged to obtain a copy of the Ordinance and determine estimated charges prior to building permit apphcation. The actual charges shall be computed by the Public Works Department per the ordinance m eff�ct at the time and according to the information on the approved plans at the timc of building permit issuance. 7. In accordancc with the Ciry of L'verett Traffic Mitigation Ordinance, a Traffic Mitigation fee of � 1,800.00 is rcyuired to be paid prior to thc issuanc:; of buildine permits. 8.
