The maximum wall length without modulation on the east side of the building must be no
greater than 30 feet. The motline must have a slope a minimum of 6:12 vertical to horizontal ratio.
36. The Washington State Clean Air Act requires the use of all known, available, and nasonable means
of controlling air polltion, including dust. Dust generated during construction activities can be
controlled by wetting those tiust sources such as:*eas of exposed soils, washing truck wheels before
they leave the site, and installing and maintaining gravel conshuction entrances, Construction vehicle
track-out is also a major dust source. My evidence of track-out can trigger violations and fines from
the Department of Ecology or the Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency.
37. Each building must have a walkway connection to the public sidewalk on Grand Avenue.
GENERAL INFORMATION
1. The mail box location and type must be approved by the USPS. The Historic District Guidelines
state that grouped mailboxes shall not be located within the front setback on the site. Mailboxes
should always be integrated into the entryway of all multi-family projects, to provide accessibility and
visibiliry to residents and postal carriers.
2. The Snohomish County PUD currently has sufficient capacity to provide electrical power to this
proposed development. For further infortnation about the electrical service requirements for this
project, please call the DistricYs Gverett Office at 425-258-8272 to contact a Customer Engineer.
„
/d'
