Additional revisions or additions may be <br />required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All mferences refer to the <br />(2009 Intemational Building Code,) (2009 International Residential Code,) as amended by the <br />State of Washingcon and/or Washington State Energy Code 2009 Edition, and adopted by the <br />City of Everett, unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing of your appiication to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the euilding Division with two new complete sets of drawings reflecting the <br />corredions requested. <br />1. Plans shall clearly show the scope of work. Construction documents shall be of <br />sufficient clarity to indicate the location, nature and extent of the work proposed and <br />show in detail that it will conform to the provisions of the code (2009 Internafional <br />Residential Code) (IRC). <br />2. Provide carbon monoxide alarms per R315 IRC. Install per manuFacWrers specifications <br />and the 2009 IRC. Singlc station shall be listed as complying with UL2034. <br />3. Provide smokc alarms per section R314 IRC. When alterations, repairs or additions <br />requiring a permit occur, or when one or more sleeping rooms are added or created in <br />exisfing dwellings, the individual dwelling unit shall be equipped with smoke alarms as <br />required for new dwellings.
