WASHINGTON <br />As you may be aware, Stop Abuse has received a Special Property Use <br />Permit to operate a shelter for domestic assault victims at 3827 Grand <br />Avenue. Acquisition and rehabilitation of the facility will be funded <br />through the City and County Block Grant programs. <br />We need a formal inspection report of what needs to be done on the <br />structure to bring it up to code. This report must be completed as <br />soon as possible so that a "before" and "after" appraisal of the <br />structure can be made. <br />For your information, I have attached an earlier memo sent to you, <br />a letter from Walt Cooper, Fire Marshall, and the Special Property <br />Use Permit. <br />% J �'- <br />-i , <br />U R45 9 <br />
