(SEPA Water, Earth and Aesthetics Policies) <br />The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it dces not have a probable significant <br />adverse impact on the environment. An Environmental Impact Statement is not required under <br />RCW 43.21C.030(2xc). This dMermination assumes compliance with State law and City <br />ordinances ralated to general environmental protection including but not limited to right-of-way <br />improvement requirements, drainage, etc. This decision was made after review of a completed <br />environmental checklist and other infortnation on file with the lead agency, This infortnation is <br />available to the public on request. This Mitigated Determination of Non-Significance is <br />specifically conditioned on compliance with the conditions attached hereto which are incorporated <br />by reference as if fully set fonh herein. <br />This MDNS is issued under 197-I 1-340(2); the lead agency will not act on this proposal for 15 <br />calendar days from the date below.
