A SEPA threshold determination is not required for this proposal per 43.21C.031 RCW. This detcrnunation is dependent upon compliance with the SW Everett Subarea Plan Mitigation Decision Document and all local, state, and federal regulations related to general environmenlal protection including, but not limited to, right-of-way impmvement requirements, drainage, etc. This decision was made after review of a con►pleted environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead agency.
